The ICDI Professional Management Development Workshop is intended to be a forum, discussion and networking place for managers, entrepreneurs, academics, researchers, professionals, administrators, bankers, educational leaders, policy makers, NGO representatives, students and others interested in the related fields.
The workshop is tailored to equip essentially on core management skills as a tool to ensure that managers manage effectively by ensuring that the individuals or teams they manage have the ability to perform if they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
The workshop aims at providing practical skills, case studies and tools to motivate managers to exploit performance, systems and opportunities by applying their skills to their jobs and team, and to build sustainable organisation’s success.
